1 in 4 UK adults claim to have been a victim of Identity Theft.

Identity theft is where your personal details are stolen. Pretending to be you, the thieves can make changes on your credit cards, open new cards and accounts, destroy your credit ratings and run up horrendous debts as well as involving you in serious criminal activity. The identity thieves are inventive and determined. But there are things that you can do to protect yourself online.
