Spyware can make your computer run slowly or let criminals steal your personal details…you need to get rid of it!
Your Internet Service Provider should be able to recommend or provide an anti-spyware tool - you can check this out on their website. Search Google for Antispyware. Remember, though, that if you remove the spyware, you may also remove the free programme that came with it.
If pop-ups are driving you mad, you could download software that will scan your computer for spyware and other unwanted software. You can look at the infected files and select the ones you want to get rid of.
